Board Members Present: Teri Strohm, Kristen Scherer, Trish Roush, Christy Zimmerman, Matt Robinson, Cara Tomallo

The new Board was voted in and introduced:

President: Kristen Scherer
Vice-President: Ali Randall
Secretary: Cara Tomallo
Treasurer: Vacant
Social Committee: Teri Strohm and Jeannie Vaccari
Landscape Committee: Joe Vaccari

It was noted that Karen Fitzgerald withdrew her name from the Treasurer position. Therefore, the Treasurer position is vacant. An e-mail will be sent out, by Kristen Scherer, asking for a volunteer to take over this position.

Treasurer’s Report

The 2007 Budget was discussed and approved

Social Committee Report

The Social Committee came under budget for 2006.
A survey will be included in the spring newsletter regarding social activities the neighborhood would be interested in.

The Welcome Committee will visit new neighbors quarterly and will update the names and address of new neighbors on the master list.

New Business

Ali Randall will be heading up the Neighborhood Network newsletter that was discussed at the October meeting. This will likely be distributed in the spring or summer.
