Concerns with cars speeding in the neighborhood. A reminder e-mail will be sent out reminding neighbors not to speed.
Problems with things (mostly beer) being stolen out of open garages.
The Neighborhood Network magazine/newsletter is on hold for another 3-6 months. Michelle Coss will likey need to send out a newsletter this summer.
25 families have not paid their dues. The 1 st set of letters were sent as reminders to those who haven’t paid.
A question was asked regarding how much of the original assessment monies are still available. This is going to be looked into.
M&I Landscapes have been hired to take care of the neighborhood landscaping.
Ways to improve the appearance of the mulch beds in the court circles were discussed.
Joe will send out a “spring clean-up” type of letter to all homeowners offering hints to get yards in shape. The neighborhood Landscape Guidelines will be included in the letter.
Garage Sale- May 19 th 8am to 1pm.
Happy Hour- May 25 th 5:30 to 7:30 @ Guthery’s and Over’s (Quetzal and Jacana)
Golf Outing – July 21 st at Rivera Golf Club
Fred Mitchel will be in charge of the golf outing
